Dear sir,
I have an Aircel Prepaid Sim Connection in madhya pradesh. whose no is 9691039992. now Aircel sim operator has stopped its sim card services in madhya pradesh and my above mobile no is not working. I want to get my above mentioned no back at the earliest due to some important security related issues attached with this mobile no 9691039992.
As I have tried to get this no but all the customer care executives are unable to give me satisfactory reply.
please provide me some details about this no as listed below.
1. Since Above no 9691039992 is not working what are the possible ways by which I can get this back as I have lost my sim card also. I tried to call on this no but server says this no is not in use.
2. Please provide me sufficient reason for not giving me proper communication for stopping the sim card services from Aircel Sim Operator company.
3. This is really important for me to get this mobile no 9691039992. you are requested to please provide me the details related to this no. has this not been recycled to some other customer or not. & it can be again issued to me or not..
