Dear Public Information Officer
Kindly provide the following information through email/DVD/digital means under section 6 of the RTI Act:
1. Has Airtel informed TRAI about any security incident between November - Decmeber 2019 where the personal data of all subscribers has been involved. If so, copies of the incident report
2. In case Airtel has not reported any security incidents as reported in the attached BBC news report, I request the CPIO to obtain this information from Airtel and provide the details of the incident
3. The list of actions taken by TRAI against Airtel for not safegaurding subscriber personal data.
In case a digital copy is not available, kindly provide photocopies or allow inspection of the reports on suitable date of the applicant
