As per the License Agreement of ISP License or UL License. There is no clarity of the ownership of DATA of subsciber based on Customer Acquisition Form (CAF). If a Licensee Service Provider appoints a Franchisee (For an Area) but furnish the Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) in the name of Licensee as per the regulations laid by DoT, Later can this franchisee claim the ownership of the said DATA and Further can this Franchisee use the said DATA by commercialize it by sharing it to some other Licensee company without fulfilling the KYC Norms laid by the regulator (DoT).
