1.The applicant had filed a complaint dated 06/10/2019 with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India that applicant was being denied for issue of an airtel sim
on grounds of physical disability of having one eye (copy enclosed). The applicant is enclosing Rs 10/- through internet banking and shall deposit more money as per RTI rules for furnishing sought information within period of 30 days
2.The applicant seeks to know under Rule 6(1) detailed in Para 2a) & 2b) of RTI Act 2005 a) Please provide copy of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India rules & regulations wherein a physically disabled person who has only one eye can be denied a mobile sim, if answer is yes please explain rule wise.
b) Please provide a copy of lawful action taken as per Telecom Regulatory Authority of India rules & regulations on receipt of complaint dated 06.10.2019 of applicant/ complainant . Please explain lawful action taken rule wise
