Provide me information about ways ,devices or technical procedures DOT uses to keep mobile phones and landline of citizens at surveillance .When mobile is just on and no phone call is being made , still you can hear the conversation of nearby entities .This information is being asked as you are corrupt and you are violating the human rights and fundamental rights of mine and my family .
For last 1 and half year ,by keeping our phones on surveillance, we are being stopped from working , extortion is being carried out and we are being forced to join human trafficking racket .
