Dear Sir and Madam
1 Is Aadhaar card is must for taking a new connection or to get a sim card change for an existing connection with a network provider.What can alternate proofs given for the same
2 Is live face recogination photo is must to take a new connection or to get a sim card change for an existing connection with a network provider. Can we give a Passport size photo for a new connection or to change the sim card for an existing connection.
As Aadhaar Card is a unique identity of mine there is a chance of misusing my personal information at the same time taking my face recogination or a live photograph also can be misused. Therefore I dont want to provide both details for an private company.
To my Knowledge As per direction of Supreme Court AADHAAR CARD is not mandatory to get a mobile connection or to provide documents for an existing documents also.
And Live Face Recogination is not required to get a mobile connection or to provide documents for an existing documents .
Kindly clarify.
