3. Change in consumer/owner can only be done by service provider of particular series holder/range holder/service provider.ie for no 773733XXXX,773707XXXX with TATADOCOMO and 750799XXXX with VODAPHONE.
4. The information with respect to Change in consumer/owner is available with the service provider of particular series holder/range holder/service provider.ie for no 773733XXXX, 773707XXXX with TATADOCOMO and 750799XXXX with VODAPHONE irrespective of time limit.
5.
