1. How many employees of D.O.T. (Cadre wise), who have opted for BSNL but not absorbed in BSNL till date are working with BSNL and the reason thereof.
2. How many employees of D.O.T. (Cadre wise), who had opted for BSNL but not absorbed in BSNL and had repatriated to D.O.T. and now working with BSNL or D.O.T. and the reason thereof.
3. How many employees of D.O.T. (Cadre wise) who had opted for BSNL but not absorbed in BSNL were working with BSNL, and have retired till date.
4. Employees at Question No. 1 and 2 are beneficiary of BSNL or D.O.T. i.e. they are drawing pay and allowances of which department with reason thereof and who will pay them the due promotional benefits as well as retirement benefits.
5. Employees at Question No. 3 were retired from which department i.e. BSNL or D.O.T. and got retirement benefits from which department i.e. BSNL or D.O.T.
6. The employees who had opted for BSNL in during 2000 to 2003 but were not absorbed in BSNL till date, are bound to that option of BSNL or will continue their services with D.O.T.
7. The employees who have opted for BSNL in during 2000 to 2003 but were not absorbed in BSNL till date and are absorbed now by issue of Presidential order, their absorption date as well as financial benefits will be considered from current date or 1-10-2000 (the absorption date of other employees).
8. The employees who have opted for BSNL in during 2000 to 2003 but were not absorbed in BSNL till date and are to be absorbed now by issue of Presidential order then vigilance clearance as on 01-10-2000 is required or not, if yes then which is the competent authority to grant vigilance clearance as on 01-10-2000.
