1)Has the Department of Telecommunication (DoT) or TRAI have instructed the private telecos to delink the aadhar from the mobile numbers and come up with the procedure for the same in line with the judgement of the Honorable Supreme Court of India.
2)I would like the copy of the above said Instruction/Order
