2. Whether any consultation process was followed before issuance of the guidelines/ instructions/regulations that govern the SIMs used only for M2M communication services. If yes, kindly provide the said document and copy of the note sheets.
3. In the consultation process, was there any discussion with respect to the M2M communication services under bulk category.
4. Were there any comments/response submitted by the telecom operators/service providers to the Department of Telecommunication to the consultation for issue of guidelines/instructions/regulations governing the SIMs used only for M2M communication services. If yes, kindly provide the said document.
5. Whether any open house discussion was held in this regards. If yes, kindly provide the minutes of the said discussion.
6. Whether any Expert Panel was constituted before issuance of said guidelines/instruction/regulations. If yes, kindly provide the details of the said panel and their opinion.
7. How many representations have been received from the Service Providers/telecom operators against guidelines/instructions/regulations that govern the SIMs used only for M2M communication services. If yes, kindly provide the said document.
