1. Whether the operator can provide the details of the customer without the consent of concerned user to other person whosoever makes a request for information of other user.
(a) If Yes, under which provision.
(b) If No, what action can be taken against the operator and the person making such application.
2. Please provide me the details of my mobile no. 9897521155 under which my details were shared/accessed by any operator or to an applicant, which is in operation with the operator namely Airtel.
(a) If yes, by whom and when.
(b) Under which provision.
3. Please provide me the certified copy of such application made for disclosure of such
information if any.
If the information is not available in your office, kindly forward to the concerned authority as per section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005.
