a) The pan-India level
b) By state, if maintained by the DoT
c) Duration (in days, weeks or months) along with start date and end date
c) The authority who ordered the shutdown
2. Please state the procedure that authorities need to go through to initiate an internet shutdown in a region. If there is no set procedure, please state an example of the due process followed for the competent authority to facilitate an internet shutdown in a region.
