Respected Sir,
Sanction of prosecution of CBI case Gaziabad against me, by order of president of India, was granted vide letter number 9-1/2018-Vig.I dated 30th June,2018 (Copy enclosed). Kindly provide the following information under RTI act-
1. Authority competent to issue such type of sanction letter in case of SAG level officer. Kindly provide the certified copy of office order authorizing the officer to issue such sanction for SAG level officer of ITS cadre.
2. Kindly allow the inspection of the file in which sanction in my case was processed and provide the certified copy of documents mentioned after inspection.
3. Kindly allow the inspection of DAK movement register regarding movement of my case file and take certified copies of relevant pages .
