Please supply copy of order/notification wherein it has been mandated that at the time of import of ready made mobile handsets from otehr countries having valid and legal IMEI Numbers, the importers has to obtain a certificate for IMEI from MSAI( even though he has not given IMEI numbers to the importers, as his phones are manufacture in foreign country and he has taken IMEI from the importing country).
