Respected sir,
This is to kindly inform to you that complaint Smt Amrita Devi wife of Late Markandey Murai is permanent resident of Vill-Pidhi, Post-Bhikhupur, Dist-Sultanpur U.P
Late Markandey Murai had been employee of Department from Telecommunication Govt. Of India.He had been retired on 01/03/1991 From Kolkata.He had been receiving pension from post office Mahmoodpur Semari Dist-Sultanpur U.P. His PPO Number is TA/CTD/P-3758/F.P.P.O No-2610(90-91)
Late markandey Murai was getting the benefit of additional pension on attaining Age of 80 years.He passed away on 15/03/2014 . His wife Smt Amrita Devi is also getting the pension But She Is Not Getting The Benefit Of Additional Pension On Attaining The Age 80 Years Because Her Age Is Not Registered In PPO Copy.
While according to Government order (G.O) the pension holders who have completed the age 80 years and in case their age is not registered In PPO Copy then Pan Card or AADHAR card shall be accepted as a age proof.
In the connection applicant has already sent latter to CCA U.P(E) bearing latter No-CCA U.P(E)/Fem. Pen./04/879/1588/7568 But He Has Forwarded This Latter To Principal CCA Kolkata For Further Proceedings At Dated 12/10/2017.
So complainant is desirous following information from you under RTI ACT 2005 -
1-- What are the reasons for not taking action till the date on application No- CCA U.P (E)/Female Pension/ 04 /879 /1588/7568.
2-- whether complainant is entitled to get the benefit of additional pension or not on attaining age of 80 years. If Yes,then from which date month and year.
3-- whether complainant is not entitled to get the benefit of additional pension on attaining age of 80 years. If No ,then what are the reasons.
So it is kindly requested that above information should be provided according to point vice and should not be confusing and doubtful.
