1. Kindly provide guidelines for setting up new mobile tower in residential area in city.
2.Is there any periodic inspection of functional mobile towers done by government agency/third party to ensure safety of it. Any of such data available online to confirm radiation safety for any of such mobile tower.
3.Is periodic safety inspection are must for the companies operating mobile tower.

4.All mobile network operating companies are registering complaints of customers on verbal communications with their customers care executives. After such complaint made they are issuing complaint number for future correspondence. This number received by customers ensures confirmation of complaint made to them but what is the content of complaint and what customer care executives have committed regarding such complains are only in verbal form. Customers do not receive anything in written form in sms or email or any other form. If company not able to resolve the issue in a manner what their customers care executives have committed during a verbal conversation the customer do not have any proof of this which he can use to make appeal to higher authorities and even in consumer forum. Customer care executives even denied for any written commitment for what they are telling. Mostly all customers care service are doing recording of conversation for their training purposes which can be very useful in case of disputes. So is there any guideline are issued by TRAI regarding this. Can customer ask for the copy of recorded conversation from companies in case of disputes. If YES then please provide details of it. If NO then think about doing so. It will be in great interest of consumers.
