Sir my father owns a plot of land in our village and an offer was made to my father by Relianace Jio Limited for setting up of a mobile tower in his field .The company Jio claims and also have shown us reports that the Electromagnetic or any other radiation which the tower emits is well within the permissible limits of the Govt of India and Ministry of telecommunication. We also have taken all the required permissions from the competent authority for setting up the tower ,the neighboring locality and few people are raising objections against setting up of the tower
i want to ask is there any rule which stops us from setting up of a legal mobile tower near residential area if yes kindly state
