As per norms of government of India, every citizen of India has to link their Aaadhaar with SIM card & for this I visited to concern retailer. During process it is observed that my figure prints are not being captured by the bio metric device, hence retailer advised me to go for re-verification of fingers at any Aadhaar Seva Kendra. Even after visiting at Aadhaar Seva Kendra same problem occurred & as per statement of Aadhaar Seva Kendra executive he is unable to re-verify my finger prints, as finger prints was not captured by the scanning device. It is requested to please advise me a proper solution to link Aadhaar card with my SIM card as well as re-verification of finger prints, so that I can able to perform my all IMP & other task related to SIM card.
