Iam an Indian citizen from TamilNadu . I want to know , is there any law as passed by Indian govt or any state govt to link a individual person Aadhaar to any particular network like Airtel ,Vodafone ,Aircel, idea sim cards . As an individual i want to know only the govt of india told to link aadhaar to sim cards or without passing the law by the govt this corporate companies like airtel ,aircel ,vodafone etc whether they itself make a statement to link aadhaar is mandatory.
Because before some months , Airtel company had took a huge sum of money from
the bank using this aadhaar . As of now as a individual i have some fear this could also happen for me. If it is mandatory to link aadhaar, why cant an individual un-link it . If these companies want a proof , why cant we give any other govt proof to link it like pan card, driving license etc. Is govt only passed any law to attach or link this aadhaar to sim cards and bank . With RTI Act , iam curious to know and i need to know this . i thought this is not good for us. As its mandatory to link , we live in a democratic country ,as individual i have a to right un-link it .So i doesnt want to link my aadhaar to any corporates companies.
