Dear Sir or Madam,
I, Javeed Siddiqui, Director of Kenstar Web Solutions Private Limited, would like to know about the act. notification. rule. circular. memorandum or any other law in which the Company Secretary (CS) is not allowed to be given as Authorized Power of Attorney for collecting or communicating the documents from DoT for the Grant of an ISP License. We have received a letter mentioning the same through DS-11/105/2018-DS-III dated 07-08-2018 from Mr. Jai Prakash, ADG (DS) which is enclosed here as in the PDF. Sir, since it has already taken 5 months for mentioning this discrepancy from the Department, and even after submitting Power of Attorney 4 times , we are again asked to submit a new one mentioning a different reason this time. It may be noted that our company had applied for a Class C ISP License on 16th January 2018 and we have not yet received the Letter of Intent only due to the Power of Attorney issue.
I would also like to know the time of reply from this Department, when any communication is being sent on the email eoffice[at]nic[dot]in. I really am upset with the slow work from this department and pointing out a query several times in a different manner and not capable of pointing out in 1 letter itself. This has been done by Mr. Jai Prakash 4 times already and still goes on.
I am keenly waiting for a reply from your end.
