CASE RELATED WITH COMPTROLLER OF COMMUNICATION ACCOUNTS(CCA), WEST BENGAL CIRCLE. KOLKATA
I have retired on superannuation on 30/11/2017 from the post of SDE(Fault Control) under office of(o/o) GENERAL MANAGER MAINTENANCE, 2ND FLOOR, C.T.O. BUILDING, BUDH MARG, PATNA-800001. My pension papers alongwith Service Book were sent to COMPTOLLER OF COMMUNICATION ACCOUNTS(CCA), WEST BENGAL CIRCLE, 8,ESPLANADE EAST, 2ND & 3RD FLOOR, ANNEX BUILDING, KOLKATA-700069, Phone No.-033-22135317, 22135318 in the month of November 2017.
Some query was done by CCA in the month of Dec. 2017 vide Letter No.CCA/WBC/PEN RETURN/17-18/31 dated 19.12.2018 which was received at the o/o GMM, ETR, Patna on 21/03/2018. The same has been complied by the GM Office on 03/05/2018. Till date my pension is unsettled & the Gratuity & Commutation amount is yet to be paid. As on date I am in financial crisis due to non payment of retiral benefits as well as non settlement of my pension.

What is the status of my pension as on date & action taken so far in this regard & supply me the copy of Note Sheet as proof of the same
