I would like to know whether:
1. National Internet Exchange of India have any license to run Internet Exchange.
2. Did DoT issued any license to Extreme-IX, Kolkata to run Internet Exchange.
3. Are there any community based Internet Exchanges with n o port charges within the knowledge of DoT.
