2.Violation of DOPT order F.NO.11013/3/2014-Estt. (A) dated 20-03-2014 by the cadre controlling authority not displaying the declaration of Assets & Liabilities in public domain on its website as on 31-03-2018.Is the violation due to administrative decision by the competent authority. 3.Declaration of IPR by Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh ITS (staff no-21144) as on 31-12-2017 under Rule 18(1)(i) of CCS conduct rule 1964 through web based management system against JS(DOPT) DO. No. 142/47/2015-AVD.I/D(pt.) dated 05-01-2018 in the public domain.(e-certified copies )
