1. Whether your department can access CDR of a mobile number
2. Whether Delhi Police seeks / requests CDR from your department
3. Whether your department had provided the CDR access system to Delhi Police
4. Whether Delhi Police have their independent system of accessing CDR
5. Whether the Cyber Cell of Delhi Police in various Districts or at Headquarter is being supported or have any connection with Department of Telecommunications
6. Whether your department keeps a record of your officers / reasons for accessing CDR
7. Whether your department keeps a record of your officers / reasons for accessing CDR
8. Whether your department keeps a record of CDR access by Police personnel or anonymous personnel
9. Which department had provided the CDR access system to Delhi Police
10. Whether Delhi Police can access CDR as per any law or Government notification
11. Whether Delhi Police can access CDR as per order from State Government or order from Central Government or any of their officers
