Near my home a new jio tower construction work has been started .so I want to know whether they get all legal permission from DOT and others.
So I need the following documents and details regarding the tower construction
1,clearance documents from the Department of Telecommunications
Standing Advisory Committee on Frequency Allocation
2,document for permission from the concerned local authorities or municipal corporation
3,NOC certificate
4,clearence of fire safety department
5,other related documents which are all need to get before tower construction if not please mention that the construction is legal or not.
6,Also need an information about what are all the rules for installation of tower near school and residential area.
