II and letter number 2-32 /2001- STG .II dated 28 July 2008 , seniority of 147 officers fixed by DOT .In this note sheet, for Recruitment year 1889 to 1993 ,seniority given against the vacancy year 1992 to 1996. Kindly provide the copy of ruling / circulars / procedures on the basis, these vacancy year and seniority fixed.
