What is the time limit to pay arrears and to pay revised pension by Pension Disbursing Authority (Post Office) in case of revision of Pension by PPO issuing authority (Principal Controller of Communications Accounts).
Is interest payable by Post Office ( Pension Disbursing Authority) to Telecom pensioner in case of delayed credit of Pension/Pension Arrears/Revised pension. If so what is the rate of interest and from which date interest has to be calculated. Please provide copy of related rules.
Whom to approach for payment of interest in case of inordinate delay of payment of revised pension in the case where Post Office being Pension Disbursing Authority for Telecom Pensioners.
