With reference to my complaint to Airtel (Mobile No:9900628554, Service Request No: 80019214 dated 04-10-2017) regarding the non availability of adequate network coverage at the below mentioned area.

Airtel Nodal Officer confirmed me that a new tower is planned for the above said area through mail dated on 13-10-2017,
similar confirmation I got from Airtel regulatory team on 22-02-2018.
But now Airtel Network team is telling that approval for new tower is pending from DOT.
Whether any approval of DOT is required for tower installation.
If so whether Airtel has sought such approval from DOT for tower installation at the above said area.
If so whether such approval is pending from DOT.
