Kindly provide following information under RTI act 2005
1.Provide certified copy of DOT letter No.23-7/18 PAT dated 04-05-1972.
2.provide certified copy of file noting of issue of above letter.
3.kindly provide certified copy of Ruling/Clarification/Guidelines issued by DOT regarding when a serving employee applies through proper channel in response to an open advertisement on selection how his pay is to be fixed and ruling adopted by DOT and PSU under DOT(BSNL/MTNL/CDOT/ITI etc.).
4. Kindly provide certified copy of instruction issued by DOT regarding when a serving employee applies through proper channel in response to an open advertisement on selection to higher post is treated as on promotion.
5 Kindly provide certified copy of instruction issued by DOT regarding Departmental outsider candidates till date.
6.Kindly provide certified copy of file noting of movement of this RTI apllication.
