Sir,
I am Ravi Kumar Roshan, I have been using Vodafone prepaid number 9769532107, register with my name, sir I went to verify my mobile number according to Govt regulation to append mobile number with aadhar number. Sir, since my number belongs to Mumbai and my address mentioned in aadhar belongs to my permanent address i.e Bhagalpur Bihar, so I am not allowed to link my aadhar without giving my Biometric identity i.e finger prints to the service provider.
Sir can you please inform me that is it necessary (a) to have same address that of aadhar and (b) to give Biometric identity along with Aadhar number to service providers to get verified.
