1) Kindly provide the copy of all correspondence held between DOT and BSNL from 01-08-2016 to till date on issue related to date of effect of modification/addition/deletion in SDE(T) RRs 2002 of BSNL.
2) Is DOT directed BSNL to not notified the SDERR 2002 AMENDMENT even after withdrawal of agenda from BSNL Board with the permission of Chairman of BSNL Board, so that same can be notified based on approval of Management committee.If given, then provide the copy of letter.
3) Is DOT received any correspondence from BSNL that due to non approval of SDERR-2002 AMNENDMNET from BSNL Board, promotion of JTO(T) to SDE(T) for vacancy year 2010-11 is still pending even after declaration of LDCE result.If received, then provide the copy of letter.
