Please provide the Information about the TIME PERIOD (in days or months or years) for which it is MANDATORY for all the Telecom Service Providers (Mobile Phone companies like Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Vodafone etc) to maintain the following records:
1. Billing records of all the Cellular (Mobile Phone) Services subscribers / customers
2. Detailed (itemized) call records which contain all the information about outgoing calls as well as incoming calls and incoming as well as outgoing Messages (SMS or MMS)
3. Cell triangulation records or the record / data with the help of which location of the Cellular (Mobile) Phone Service user can be determined
In addition to the above, please also provide the Information about the TIME PERIOD for which it is MANDATORY for all the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to maintain the following records:
4. Billing records of its internet users / subscribers / customers
5. IP address and the internet access / usage detail records of all the customers
