In the month of April, 2017, MCD elections were held in Delhi. Department of Telecommuications (HQ.) situated at Sanchar Bhawan, 20 Ashok Road, New Delhi deputed its employees for election duty/counting duty etc.
In this regard the following information may kindly be provided under RTI Act 2005
1. Total Number of employees deputed for the election duty
2. Whether Department of Telecommunications issued any orders for claiming TA/DA for the employees who performed the abovementioned election duty. if yes, the copy of the same may be provided.
3. The number of employees who have claimed TA/DA for the above mentioned duty till date
4. The number of employees who have been sanctioned the TA/DA till date.
5. Names of employees whose TA/DA claim has not been settled and the dates on which the unsettlled claims were received by the Department
6. Whether Department has fixed the responsibility of any of its officers/officials dealing with the above mentioned case of claiming of TA/DA
7. If yes, the name of the officer/official whose responsibility is fixed may be informed
