I have carefully considered the grounds of appeal and the action taken by the Director (Estt.II) & CPIO against the said RTI application. I find the action taken by the Director (Estt.II) & CPIO w.r.t. to the said RTI application to be in order in terms of the provisions contained in the RTI Act, 2005. Further with regard to the instant appeal, it is stated that the information sought by the applicant vide the said RTI application is not available in this office pertained to o/o the CCA, Maharashtra Telecom Circle and the said RTI application has already been transferred to the concerned CPIO for furnishing the information directly to the applicant. Hence, the applicant is advised to approach the concerned Appellate authority for his appeal. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
