Recently Supreme Court and DoT has mandated to link Adhar with mobile number. Please answer my questions related to that.
1. Is it Mandatory as per Supreme Court order to link only Adhar from the same state
2. Is it Mandatory as per Department of Telecommunications or TRAIs regulations to link only Adhar from the same state
3. If it is not mandatory to link Adhar from the same state, can operators not allow you to link Adhar from other states
4. It is mandatory for all numbers to link Adhar or to some selected customers
5. Please specify the last date for linking Adhar (for all customers) after which their numbers will get deactivated.
