Is going to install a mobile cell tower illegally in the dense population area. Which is 1 meter distance from my residence and his roof is less than 100 Sq Ft area in the first floor old building which may cause a future major accident to cost a life of our family & local residence

That before 8 years he tried to install a mobile cell tower on his same roof that time authorities stop the same. Now he has started again on his roof the construction of cell tower

The Honorable high court Kolkata observe in the land mark directed then the microphone tower can interfere with the body of human causing varieties of potential health problems including Headache memory loss cardiac problems low sperm counts, birth defect & Cancer Etc

That our areas are thickly high populated dense areas & have so many residential houses & schools.

I & other 40 residential respective persons of areas have filed a case against him in local Police Station Local Municipality Chairman Administrative House Pollution Board Councillor BLRO Office, etc.
All documents have been submitted & acceptance letter is present with me. Documents attached for your reference & action

It is also observed that local government bodies are not helping to resolve the issue & answer my queries. I think government bodies have been pressurized by different sources.

Therefore, you are requested to take an appropriate legal action against the said Rajat Gupta & company as per the kind direction & guidelines of honorable high Court & pollution control board(WB)
