Subject: Application under Right to information Act 2005.
Dear Sir,
I am the owner/user of Airtel postpaid mobile number 9818816648 since years. Recently I came to know through some of my reliable source that CDRs and interceptions of my mobile number 9818816648 has been sought by some law enforcement agency. Please provide me the following information under right to information Act 2005.
1. Has any law enforcement agency sought the permission for interception of voice calls of my mobile number 9818816648 during 2016-17. Please specify name, reasons and address thereof. Please specify the period of interception order with copy of the order.
2. How many times any law enforcement agency has ever sought the call detail records (CDRs) of my mobile phone number 9818816648 during 2016-2017. Please provide me all the certified copies of their letters/e-mails requiring CDRs of my mobile phone under any provisions of law.
3. Is my mobile phone is still under observation. If yes, please provide details, thereof.
I am providing necessary documents of ownership(Bill) and Rs. 10 as requisite fee.
4. Please provide me the descriptive bil details for the month of November 2017 of all Incoming calls, outgoings calls, SMSs along with total details of locations and revenue deducted thereof. Please specify if any charges are required for those, I am ready to pay.
