A. Subject matter of information: I am Subhash Chandra Singh s/o Late Indra Jeet Singh, presently working as an Additional Chief Engineer (BS-Electrical), at ALTTC Ghaziabad in BSNL. I had joined the DOT (Department of Telecommunications) on 16.01.1995 as an Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) through Engineering Services of Examinations of UPSC-1993 Exam Batch. My staff Number is 96536 and my Date of Birth is 01.02.1968. I have been absorbed in BSNL from DOT thru Presidential Order issued by DOT vide No. 32-4/2005-EW/92 Dated: 07.02.2006.
B. Description of the information required:
1. Certified Copy of my Appointment letter issued during 1994-95 for joining in DOT.
2. Certified Copy of my PO (Presidential Order) issued by DOT vide No. 32-4/2005-EW /92 Dated: 07.02.2006 for absorption from DOT to BSNL and
3. Certified copies of clarification letters issued by DOT in reference to Absorption as mentioned in PO (Presidential Order) vide No. A-11013/1/2005-Admn-II (P&T, BWS) issued on dated: 24.03.2005, 17.05.2005, 30.05.2005, 31.05.2005, 02.06.2005, 25.08.2005, 24.09.2005 and on dated: 04.10.2005
