Please supply to me the following information under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
In reference to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Processing FDI Proposals dated 29 June, 2017, issued by the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, wherein the Department of Telecommunication (DOT) was designated as the Competent Authority for applications relating to approval of foreign direct investment in the Telecommunications Sector, kindly provide us
a. Details of applications that have been filed with the Foreign Investment Promotion Board prior to the issuance of the SOP and which have been transferred to the DOT and are yet to be approved
b. Details of applications that have been filed before the DOT after the issuance of the SOP, and are pending to be approved since the past 4 months
c. Reasons for the delay in processing and approval of the aforesaid applications, beyond the timelines prescribed in the SOP
d. Details of applications that have been approved by the DOT after the issuance of the SOP
e. Details of application that have been withdrawn from the DOT after the issuance of the SOP and reasons for such withdrawal
f. Details of application that have been rejected by the DOT after the issuance of the SOP and reasons for such rejection
