Controller of Communication Accounts, Kerala vide his letter No.CCA/KRL/IDA/Revision dated 23/08/2017 had sought some clarification from Dy Director General (Estt), Department of Telecommunications on the DOT Order No.40-12/2004-Pen(T)(Pt) dated 5th July 2017. Action taken on the said letter from CCA Kerala be informed and copy of any reply given to be supplied.
