I have came to know the details guidelines issued by DOT for installation of Mobile Tower through my RTI, reply attached. Through this RTI I would like to know what are the NOC provided by the service providers who has installed mobile towers on the roof top of Tower 11, Savitry Green II, Village Gazipur , MC Zirakhpur, Punjab 140603 to the office of the department of telecommunications. I would also like to know that whether any permission has been given the office of the department of telecommunications to install such mobile towers in the residential area. If not provided by the office of the department of telecommunications then who has given the permission to install such mobile towers in the Society roof top of Tower 11, Savitry Green II, Village Gazipur , MC Zirakhpur, Punjab 140603. This is related with public interest as the radiation of the mobile towers may cause harm to residents health.
