I am a resident of Savitry Greens II , Gazipur Road, MC Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabasssi, District SAS Nagar, Punjab 140603. In our Society there are three Mobile towers which are installed by the builder on the roof top of one of the resdential tower and for which no permission has been taken from the resident of the Building. Through this RTI I would like to know what are the clearance and NOC builder has to obtain to install any mobile tower on the roof top of any building.
