I need information provided by central government and I do not want any information related to State / UT -
SIM fraud is very common in India and regarding this LOKNITI FOUNDATION filled court case in The Supreme court of India and got the judgement for case No. 607 of 2016.
As per Judgement (attached PDF) wordings are -
In the near future, and more particularly, within one year from today, a similar verification
will be completed, in the case of existing subscribers. While complimenting the petitioner for filing the instant petition, we dispose of the same with the hope and expectation, that the
undertaking given to this Court, will be taken seriously, and will be given effect to, as soon as possible.
I need below information -
1. confirm if Aadhaar card is one of the ID proof for verification.
2. confirm if supreme court has given judgement that Aadhaar card is the only proof for verification. Need answer in yes or no.
3. confirm if any other proof for verification as per supreme court it is maintained that verification is important.
4. Need copy of E-KYC form and list of documents for verification.
5. If any old person do not have Aadhaar card, process for verification so do not loss the existing connection ( prepaid or postpaid)
6. if any person who is not a Indian citizen and do not have Aadhaar card, process for verification so do not loss the existing connection ( prepaid or postpaid)
7. if any India citizen do not have Aadhaar card, process for verification so do not loss the existing connection( prepaid or postpaid)
8. if any old person do not have Aadhaar card, process for verification so do not suffer to get new prepaid connection
9. if any person who is not a Indian citizen and do not have Aadhaar card, process for verification so do not suffer to get new prepaid connection
10. if any India citizen do not have Aadhaar card, process for verification so do not suffer to get the new prepaid connection
11. if any India citizen using company provided SIM card, process for verification so do not loss the prepaid connection
12. if any India citizen using company provided SIM card, process for verification so do not loss the postpaid connection
13. if any India citizen who is working for RAW, NIA, CBI and IB or any other secret agencies, process for verification so do not loss the prepaid connection ( personal)
14. if any embassy delegate / working for diplomatic mission in India, process for verification so do not loss the prepaid connection ( personal)
15. if any Military person , process for verification so do not loss the prepaid connection ( personal)
16. if any Government officer, process for verification so do not loss the connection using for official purpose
