I have following queries:
1) Can an officer working in DoT take admission in any regular professional course like law etc.without taking leave, if the study hours in the college are other than working hours of Office.
2) Who is the authority to give permission to any such officer.
3) Is there any restrictions of years of service for getting such permission.
