1. Whether the EPP( Executive Promotion policy ) of BSNL dated 18.01.2007 has been issued with the concurrence of DOT.
2. Whether the audit objection/para raised by P & T audit with respect to the additional increment on post based promotion under EPP is replied by DOT or BSNL.
3. Whether the audit para/objections have been replied citing Govt. rules for pay fixation or the specific rules framed by BSNL in EPP.
4. As per the Articles of Association of BSNL and DPE guidelines , whether BSNL Board is competent to frame its own rules regulating the pay fixation or not.
5. Before issuance of the order no. 40-12/2004-Pen(T)(Pt) dated 05.07.2017 whether BSNL board has been consulted or not.-
6. Provide the copy of the notesheets regarding approval of EPP dated 18.1.17 by DOT.
7. Provide the copies of the notesheets regarding approval of order dated 05.07.2017 or any communication made between BSNL & DOT prior to issuance of the order dated 05.07.17.
