1.Please give the copies of all affidavits, correspondence from concerned authorities, copy agreement entered by both the parties ,name of company to whom mobile tower belongs s etc with respect to mobile tower situated at above said village.
2. Please give copy of permission along with diary number and dispatch no. of your office, since you were the Sanctioning Authority.
3. You are further requested to give all the copies of circulars for installation to Cellular Mobile Phone before date or after date of installation of mobile tower situated in above said village.
4. Please provide copy of any other material /documents submitted by owner of land and mobile tower company pertains installation of mobile tower situated in above said village.
