I request to seek information about post equivalence or comparable post of designation-Junior tlecom officer in the BSNL with that of employees of central government. Also would want to clearly know whether the post designation- JTO in bsnl is comparable or equivalent to designation-JTO in the department of telecommunications. If no equivalence or comparison exists between the two designations , then to which post or designation in department of telecommunications is comparable or equivalent to the designation -JTO in BSNL.
