Dear Sir,
I am an ISP in Haryana. My queries are with regard to proliferation of towers with just SACFA application and no approval in Haryana. I think WPC wing of DoT can best answer this query:
1) Is SACFA approval required for the installation of a roof based tower of height 20 meters for wireless internet services Or just SACFA application of that tower will suffice
2) If any tower radiates outside unlicensed band of 5.8/2.4 GHz without any permission from DoT, which law or act is violated and what is the punishment
