I would like to state that
(1)I am BSNL (Gujarat Circle) retired employee. I am getting pension from Department of Telecommunication. I have taken Voluntary Retirement on 20 Feb 2013. My PPO no. is GJT/DOTCELL/15/I/9171 dtd 07-06-2013.
(2)I am suffering from major Heart attack and Heart pumping problem, Major Diabetes and Major Thyroid. I have to take bed rest compulsory.My wife is also suffering health problems. From small amount pension I have to manage my day to day expenditure, costly medicines and social responsibility . and my wife. In this condition it is very difficult to survive.
(3) My pension account branch is UCO bank, branch-Paldi, Ahmedabad. My Bank account no. is 07310110015254. In Feb 2016, I received less payment of Rs 5000 /-(Five Thousands) in my pension. I was shocked. In this case after several inquiries, UCO bank was not replied satisfactorily. I did not know , why Rs. 5 000 less in my pension of Feb 2016. Therefore I could not buy complete life saving medicine from market for me and my wife. Due to not taking proper medicine Severe heart problem was raised .
(4) Then from March 2016 from March 2016 to as on date Rs 3000 every month less in my pension. But I am unable to know why this deduction is there.. Please give me full details and calculation of my pension account from INITIAL TO AS ON DATE.
(5) Provide reasons for deduction of Rs.3000/- per month. Neither my consent nor by giving prior letter stating reason of deduction.
(6) Please take action on responsible officers for this matter
(7) Give me Compensation in respect of this harassment with my health.
If I will not get proper resolution , I will submit complaint in Consumer Research Education center, Thaltej, Ahmedabad.
