I would like to seek the information reagrding the following:
1.What is the liability and/or accountability of the telecom companies in the case of a tangible loss caused due to the mishandling of the aadhar details linked to the sim cards telecom companies (i.e., hacking of details from telecom servers, stealing details from telecoms affiliated service providers)
2.What is the liability and/or accountability of the Department of Telecommunications in the case of a tangible loss caused due to the mishandling of the aadhar details linked to the sim cards.
3. What is the liability and/or accountability of the Unique Identification Authority of INDIA (UIDAI) in the case of a tangible loss caused due to the mishandling of the aadhar details linked to the sim cards (i.e., Hacking of details from UIDAI servers or UIDAIs affiliated service providers)
4. What is the policy on the verifying mobile number with aadhar identity
